Services

A calm, supportive space to help you feel more like yourself again

A safe place to talk - and be heard

I offer a warm, welcoming, and confidential space where you can feel safe, truly heard, and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, and always moves at your pace. Together, we work toward greater clarity, balance, and a sense of steadiness in your life.

Who I work with

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress, panic attacks, bereavement, and relationship challenges. Having spent over 20 years working in the tech industry, I also bring a deep understanding of workplace pressure, burnout, and the emotional toll of professional life.

My Approach

I believe meaningful change in therapy grows from a strong, trusting relationship. My approach is empathetic, non-judgemental, and supportive — whatever you are facing. Together, we can gently explore what’s been holding you back and begin creating real, lasting change.

Practical Details

I am based in Rathfarnham Village, Dublin 14, and work with clients both in person and online. Sessions cost €70 for a 50 minute session, with a sliding scale for retirees/unemployed. I hold a First Class Honours Master’s degree in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy and am a pre-accredited member of the IACP. My integrative approach allows therapy to be tailored to you as an individual, rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

If you’re considering therapy and wondering whether we’d be a good fit, I’d really welcome hearing from you. Reaching out can feel like a big step — I promise a warm, respectful, and no-pressure response.

How I can Help:

Feeling Overwhelmed by Modern Life?

Modern life can feel relentless. After twenty years working in the tech world, I understand first-hand the pressures of high performance, constant connectivity, and the blurred boundaries between work and home. I support professionals who are navigating workplace challenges or struggling to find balance amid stress, responsibility, and competing demands — helping them reconnect with clarity, steadiness, and a sense of agency in their lives.

Supporting Low, Anxious, and Fluctuating Mood

I work with clients experiencing persistent low mood, anxiety, and those living with bipolar disorder. Together, we explore patterns, triggers, and emotional cycles in a thoughtful, structured way — building insight, stability, and practical strategies for managing mood with greater confidence and self-understanding.

Testimonials

Orlagh

Dublin, IRL

Aisling is very professional, creating a non judgmental space and manages to still be warm and welcoming. I have been a client for over 2 years and would highly recommend to anyone, especially for young adults or people struggling with ADHD and depression.

About

Aisling spent a large part of her career in the tech world, as well as running her own online businesses in crafts and weddings, before taking the step to move into a psychotherapeutic role.  Having studied psychology as part of her primary degree, it was an area that always interested and intrigued her.  She studied at the long-established Tivoli Institute and graduated with an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy with 1st class honours.  Her Master's thesis was recently published by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy research journal.

Aisling is currently a pre-accredited member of the IACP - Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. meaning she cannot take health insurance at this time.  This is reflected in the lower rate per session that she charges.
